Analytics as a Service (AaaS) from Den Otter Solutions is an ongoing service where an SME has access to data analysis, dashboard management and strategic advice — without building an internal data team. An Analytics Translator converts business questions into management information and maintains the data model, KPI definitions and data quality. All work is delivered remotely.

What is the difference between Managed Dashboards and AaaS? +
With Managed Dashboards we ensure your existing dashboards keep running technically — hosting, maintenance and minor adjustments. With Analytics as a Service the analytical side is added: we analyse your numbers, advise on KPIs and contribute to your data strategy. Den Otter Solutions can always scale from one tier to the other.
Do I need to have a dashboard built first before I can start? +
No. AaaS can start with building an initial dashboard as part of the service. We can also connect to existing Power BI dashboards that are already in use.
Can we scale up as our needs grow? +
Yes. The service is flexibly structured. You can start with Managed Dashboards and later scale to the full AaaS tier. Den Otter Solutions adjusts the subscription based on actual needs.
What if we hire an internal data analyst later? +
Then the role shifts. Den Otter Solutions can mentor the internal analyst, hand over the data model and remain available in the background for more complex challenges. The transition is part of the service.
How does remote delivery work? +
The entire AaaS service is delivered remotely via video conference, secure file sharing and cloud-based Power BI collaboration. No on-site visits are required. Den Otter Solutions works with clients across the Netherlands and internationally — the service is identical regardless of location.
